GoFish Belize was established in 1996 by Abner Marin, a local "San Pedrano" from the town of San Pedro, on the island of Ambergris Caye, in Belize.
Abbie grew up on the island's
beaches and developed his craft under the guidance of his father, renowned fly fishing guide, Carlos Marin. Along with his wife Marisela, he has grown GoFish Belize into the the premier,
locally owned and operated, fly-fishing and light-tackle guide service on the island.
GoFish Belize has now expanded
to include a full service Fly Shop, including private Beachfront Accommodations, and the ability to service fishing groups of up to 20 anglers (2 anglers per boat).
